District 6

This district's primary purpose are to construct transportation. According to the movie It was heavily bombed by the Capitol's Air Forces during the rebellion. District 6 is also known to be very unstable many people from district 6 are addicted to morphling. Morphling, a painkiller drugs used regularly in the district. The district is also said to be several times larger than  Districts 2 or 11.
