District 7

District 7 is said to be covered in large portions of pine forest. This district provides lumber for the capitol. The people who lives in District 7 are well know to be good with axes.  Both tributes died during the televised event. Although they were killed both tributes were mutated into a wolf like monster during the end of the novel.
